The 90 Day Sale Program benefits both buyers and sellers. It benefits sellers by positioning their property to be sold within an advantageous time frame of 90 days. It benefits buyers by offering quality properties for sale at their true market value with the transparency of a live bid environment.

How do I bid on a property listed in the 90 Day Sale Program?
The first step for potential buyers of properties listed in the 90 Day Sale Program is to find and bid on a property of your choice and then immediately contact your 90 Day Sales Representative at 1-888-90DAYCS (888-903-2927) to discuss the prequalification process. To remain a bidder on a property, all buyers must be prequalified within 48 hours after bidding and within 48 hours of the close of the property online bid process. Please note that completing the prequalification process with your local 90 Day Sale Lender does not require you to obtain financing with them for the purchase of your property. How do I prequalify to bid on a property in the 90 Day Sale Program?
Please contact your local 90 Day Sale Representative at 1-888-90DAYCS (888-903-2927). This will require you to complete various forms and provide pertinent financial information.

What is the bidding process?
When you find a home you’re interested in, use these steps to place a bid.

  1. Register to use the site
  2. Carefully review the property listing, enter your maximum bid, and click the Place Bid button on the property page
  3. Confirm your maximum bid and re-enter in the Confirm Max Bid Box
  4. Click the Confirm Bid button

You’ll get an email confirming the bid. If you are not already pre-approved for the amount of the bid, the status of your bid will be pending approval. If your credit is not approved within 48 hours of placing the bid, your bid will automatically be removed, and bidding will revert to the previous price. When the listing ends, you’ll receive another email indicating whether you’ve won the item and a representative will contact you to complete the transaction. Does the 90 Day Sale Auction cooperate with real estate agents?
Yes, the 90 Day Sale Auction does cooperate with agents, but not directly through the auction website. An agent may earn a commission for representing a buyer of a 90 Day Sale Auction property; however, an agent may not log in to the auction website and bid on behalf of a buyer. What happens if my bid is second place?
You will be contacted in an effort to place your bid into a back-up position.
